Security

Your assets,
protected at every layer.

Cryptoplat operates with security standards designed to protect user funds and personal data. From cold storage to two-factor authentication, every layer of the platform is built around safeguarding what matters most to you.

Cold Storage

The majority of user funds are held in offline cold wallets, isolated from any internet-connected system. Only operational liquidity is kept in hot wallets to service active withdrawals.

Two-Factor Authentication

2FA is available for every account and required for high-value actions including withdrawals, security changes, and login from new devices. Use Google Authenticator or compatible apps.

Encryption at Rest

Sensitive data — including credentials, KYC documents, and account information — is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

SSL / TLS in Transit

All traffic between your device and Cryptoplat is encrypted using TLS. Connections are protected end-to-end so your data and credentials cannot be intercepted on the network.

KYC Compliance

Identity verification is required before deposits, withdrawals, and full trading access. Our process is aligned with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards to keep the platform free of bad actors.

24/7 Monitoring

Suspicious activity is flagged in real time. Withdrawal patterns, login anomalies, and unusual trade flows are monitored continuously to detect and respond to threats as they emerge.

Operating Reserves

Cryptoplat maintains operating reserves above day-to-day needs, providing a buffer for unexpected events. As the platform scales, we plan to formalize these into a dedicated user protection fund.

Account Protection

Multiple safeguards on every account

We layer security controls so a single compromise never leads to a single point of failure. Beyond passwords and 2FA, every action that moves funds requires an additional verification step.

  • Password requirements — strong password policy with bcrypt hashing.
  • Email verification — required before account activation and on email changes.
  • 2FA on withdrawals — every withdrawal requires a fresh authenticator code.
  • Login alerts — notifications for new device sign-ins.
  • Session management — view and revoke active sessions from your account.
  • KYC document encryption — identity documents stored encrypted, accessed only by authorized compliance staff.

Security is a partnership

Even the strongest platform-level protections depend on good practices from our users. Following these basics dramatically reduces your risk of account compromise:

  • Enable 2FA immediately after creating your account.
  • Use a unique, strong password that you don't reuse on any other site.
  • Never share your credentials, 2FA codes, or recovery phrases — Cryptoplat staff will never ask for them.
  • Always verify the URL is exactly cryptoplat.online before logging in.
  • Keep your email account secure — it's often the first target in phishing attacks.
  • Review login alerts and contact support immediately if you see activity you don't recognise.

Report a security concern

Spotted something that looks wrong?

If you notice suspicious activity on your account, receive a phishing message claiming to be from Cryptoplat, or believe you've found a security issue, contact our team immediately. We treat every report seriously and respond as quickly as possible.

Trade with confidence

Multiple layers of protection — designed so you can focus on trading, not security.
